Import it into a drawing app
On iPad, Markup can draw on images and PDFs with a finger or Apple Pencil. Android and Fire tablets can use compatible drawing or annotation apps that support image or PDF import.
Use layers when available
A layer underneath the line art makes coloring easier and keeps the outlines crisp. If your app does not support layers, duplicate the original before you start.
Remember the device limits
Kindle e-readers are primarily for viewing; supported Kindle Scribe document workflows can add monochrome annotations. For full-color work, use a tablet with a drawing app.
