Information we use
Depending on the feature, Kelvumi uses your email and account identifier, worlds, characters, creations, uploaded images, generated outputs, activity, credit usage and security records. We use this information to provide the service, keep your creations available, prevent abuse and resolve support requests.
Providers that process data
Supabase provides authentication, database and storage; Vercel provides hosting; Google Gemini provides text and image generation; and Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Kelvumi does not store full card numbers or CVCs. Providers may process data in countries other than where you live and apply their own security and privacy terms.
Uploads and generated content
Uploaded images and generated content are used to fulfil the feature you request and to keep saved creations available. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Private creations are not published unless you choose to share them.
Retention, deletion and your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account content, or ask questions about processing, by emailing kelvumi.studio@gmail.com. We delete account content when requested unless it must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal or accounting reasons. Payment records may have longer legally required retention.
Cookies and analytics
Kelvumi uses essential browser storage and session data to keep the product working. We may record limited product events such as feature use, errors and performance; we do not sell personal information. Your browser can restrict non-essential storage, but some features may stop working.
Children
Kelvumi is intended to be used by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult when a child is involved. Do not create an account for a child without the required permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact kelvumi.studio@gmail.com.
