Report a concern
We read every genuine support, safety, copyright and account report. Email kelvumi.studio@gmail.com and include only the information needed to investigate.

What to include
Include the relevant URL or creation ID, a clear description of the issue, the reason for the report and a reliable reply address. For copyright reports, explain what work you own or represent and where it appears. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, CVCs or identity documents.
Account and payment help
For login, missing creations, credits or checkout issues, include the account email, approximate time and receipt or transaction reference if available. We will never ask you to email a password or full payment credentials.
Safety and copyright
Report harassment, illegal content, impersonation, privacy concerns or suspected infringement with the relevant link and evidence you can lawfully share. We may restrict or remove content where required by our policies or applicable law.
Response
We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within three business days. Urgent safety or privacy concerns should be marked URGENT in the subject. We may ask for additional information before taking action.
