Clear, plain-language terms for using Kelvumi responsibly.
Your creations and uploads
You keep the rights you hold in original material you create. Upload only images and text you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for checking generated outputs before publishing or commercial use.
Credits
Credits are a digital usage balance, not money or a subscription. Purchased credits currently do not expire while your account remains open. Feature prices may change prospectively; credits already used cannot be reused. Credits have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Failures and support
A provider, timeout, moderation or other system failure normally releases the reserved credits. If a payment or generation issue needs investigation, retain the checkout receipt and contact the support address published for the service. Refunds remain subject to applicable consumer rights and payment-provider rules; legal review is recommended before paid launch.
Digital purchases and refunds
Credit packs are digital content supplied through Stripe. The price, currency and credit amount are shown before checkout. Where local consumer law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, nothing in these terms removes it. If you ask for immediate digital delivery and the law permits that right to end on delivery, the checkout flow should record that request. Contact support for a failed payment, duplicate charge or unused-purchase question; Stripe may also display the applicable payment terms.
AI-generated results
Kelvumi uses third-party AI providers to create results from the instructions and references you submit. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other works or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before printing, sharing, selling or using it in a decision. Kelvumi does not promise exclusivity, legal clearance or a particular output.
Safety and abuse
Do not use Kelvumi for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing activity. We may apply proportionate protections against abuse, fraud and attempts to manipulate credits or checkout.
