Your creations and uploads
You keep the rights you hold in original material you create. Upload only images and text you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for checking generated outputs before publishing or commercial use.
Credits
Credits are a digital usage balance, not money or a subscription. Purchased credits currently do not expire while your account remains open. Feature prices may change prospectively; credits already used cannot be reused. Credits have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Failures and support
A provider, timeout, moderation or other system failure normally releases the reserved credits. If a payment or generation issue needs investigation, retain the checkout receipt and contact the support address published for the service. Refunds remain subject to applicable consumer rights and payment-provider rules; legal review is recommended before paid launch.
Safety and abuse
Do not use Kelvumi for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing activity. We may apply proportionate protections against abuse, fraud and attempts to manipulate credits or checkout.
